Trust.

“LORD, I have so many enemies, so many who are against me. Listen to how they whisper their slander against me, saying: “Look! He’s hopeless! Even God can’t save him from this!” Selah.

“But in the depths of my heart I truly know that you, Yahweh, have become my Shield; You take me and surround me with yourself. Your glory covers me continually. You lift high my head. I have cried out to you, Yahweh, from your holy presence. You send me a Father’s help.” Selah.

“So now I’ll lie down and sleep like a baby - then I’ll awake in safety, for you surround me with your glory. Even though ten thousand dark powers prowl around me, I won’t be afraid.

“Rise up and help me, Yahweh! Come and save me, God! For you will slap them in the face, breaking the power of their words to harm me. For the LORD alone is my Savior. What a feast of favor and bliss he gives his people!”Selah. Psalms‬ ‭3:1-8‬ ‭TPT

Thank you, Yahweh, for your words of comfort and peace. We delight in your Word. We ask you to pour the oil of your anointing over us and drench us in your presence. You will make all things right in your time. You hold the times. You hold the seasons. You hold our hands and our hearts. You hold America and the Nations. Nothing can pull us from your strong hands.

And not only that! You cradled the earth as you created the universe. You gave it to us as our home. The earth, the seas and the sky - their beauty is because of you. You even hold the seas in the palm of your hand. You gather and hold onto our prayers and save them in the bowls of heaven. There is not one that you do not hear. There is not one that you will not answer.

You shield us.

You surround us.

You cover us with your glory.

You are our help and our hope.

You are our exceeding great reward.

You lift us up above our enemies and carry us up above the shadows on your eagle wings.

O Hallelujah!

‬‬ “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah‬ ‭40:31‬

O Yahweh!

Teach us to wait on You!

Teach us to trust in You!

Teach us to follow your ways.

Teach us to hear your voice.

Teach us to trust in you always.

Teach us to laugh at our enemies and sing out songs of deliverance.

Teach us to number our days and to walk in wisdom.

Teach us to sit at your table while you prepare a feast for us in the presence of our enemies. Selah.

Teach us, Jesus. Teach us. Amen.
