Hey there! So Glad You're Here.
I'm Cheryl and this is my husband, Ron. Welcome to my blog!
This is an offshoot of my Facebook Prayer Group - We Pray America. I started the group on Facebook at the beginning of Covid (everyone's favorite subject). 😉

Since I kept getting banned and put in "facebook jail", I decided it was time to start a blog and gather as many as I could from the group before it was deleted. It has now grown to over 23,000 members. To God Be The Glory!

This blog has evolved and the focus has changed over the past four years. Covid, the 2020 election and America were a main focus back in the beginning. But now, we are more Kingdom Minded.

Don't get me wrong! It's not that I don't love America or appreciate the blessing of living here. But America can't save us - she can't save herself! America desperately needs Jesus!

So this blog, includes prayers for America, Israel and the Nations, current events, articles, Biblical prophecy (from the Bible) and videos. Plus anything else that may strike my fancy including some of my brilliant and illustrious humor ... well, maybe not so much!

We are pilgrims and sojourners here on this earth. Our final destination is heaven after Jesus calls us home or comes to get us! He is the Saviour of the world and He will take care of it all.
It is not our "job" to save America or the world. That is what our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ will do when he returns on that great and awesome Day of the Lord!
So speaking of America, look at this stunning aeriel view of God's beautiful earth here in central Virginia. There are truly some picturesque places here in America. I'm sure they surround you as well wherever you live. Feel free to post some photos in the comments below. I would love to see them.
All that being said, we need to "live with eternity in view" (a recent quote from my pastor). I'm posting the video below. It is a great teaching!
"Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation." I Peter 2:11-12
