O LORD of Deliverance!
How we praise you in this storm! All through America from sea to shining sea. All through the Nations from North to South and East to West. All over the earth the true church cries out! All over the earth the sound of freedom is ringing!
You are the saving God!
You are the freedom giving God!
You are the shelter from the storm and our strong high tower!
You are the fortress and the rock!
And we put our hope and trust in you!
You have fortified the people in this past year with truth and unity. You have given us strength in our spirit and peace in our hearts. You have been our strong fortress of defense. O How We Thank You!
You are leading and guiding and pulling us out of the secret fowler’s net. You are exposing the wicked and revealing the truth ALL ACROSS the earth. We have lifted our voices to you and you have heard us from heaven. We say! The rocks will not cry out for us in this stormy weather.
Even in the midst of reproach among enemies, slander among neighbors and fear on every side. We are NOT ASHAMED because we have called upon the Name of the LORD and he has heard us from His Holy Mountain.
We declare!
“Let the wicked be ashamed; Let them be silent in the grave.”
We declare!
“Let the lying lips be put to silence, Which speak insolent things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.”
We declare!
“Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!”
We declare!
“You shall hide them in the secret place of Your presence From the plots of man; You shall keep them secretly in a pavilion From the strife of tongues.”
We declare!
“Blessed be the Lord, For He has shown me His marvelous kindness in a strong city!” Psalms 31:17-21
O be of good courage all ye people of God. O turn to the LORD all ye people of the earth.
He is redeeming mankind.
He is reforming governments.
He is cleansing institutions.
He is answering our prayers.
He is strengthening our hearts.
We thank the LORD in the assembly of the people. He will preserve the faithful of the Nations. He will hide us in his pavilion. He will preserve us from trouble. He will repay the proud. He will work all things out for his good. He will pardon the sinner and set the captive free.
We stand before you LORD with good courage knowing that you surround us on every side. Thank you, O Holy One - the Redeemer of Israel and the Redeemer of the Gentiles. Thank you O Friend of Sinners! Thank you O Rock of Ages! We hide ourselves in you!
