Perilous (Signs of the) Times

With the help of the Lord, I'm working to get myself back together with my weekly posts. So here we go ...

Don't forget to listen ...

Here is the link to Pastor Mark Kirk's Signs of the Times podcast: It's All Coming Together.

Don't forget to discern the times ...

A great prophetic article!

Don't forget to read the Word! ...

It's a lamp. It's a light. It is the way. It is the truth. It is the light. His name is Jesus! And He is the Word. And He was made flesh. And He dwelt among us. O Hallelujah!

Don't forget to pray ...

Heavenly Father!

We know that your Word is holy and true. It foretells what is to come.

We see so many things unfolding before our eyes as we watch the world unraveling around us!

“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:

For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,

traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,

having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!”

‭‭II Timothy‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬-‭5‬

So Father! We stand on your unfailing Word so that we “may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work”. (vs. 17)

We consider all of this and pray that you will accomplish what you have started in us and through us.

We stand in the gift peace when the wind howls above us and the waves crash around us.

We stand forgiven of our sins. Thank you Jesus!

We stand unshaken by these tumultuous times.

We stand unafraid of the enemy of our souls. And we keep our eyes on Jesus.

We pray for revival in the church. Let it start with me!

We pray for protection over our families and churches and communities.

We ask that you would protect our children from the evil one who seeks to destroy them.

We pray salvation for a lost and dying world. Selah

In Jesus name. Amen.
