Signs of the Times: Denying Reality

This week's video from Pastor Mark Kirk. He covers a lot of ground. From Angel worship to the "shots" to dinosaurs. It's a good one! As always.

There's a lot of denying and deception going on in the world that we live in. Jesus said this would happen.

“Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you.” Matthew‬ ‭24‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

We need to pray for discernment! There is so much deception.

It happened with Covid.

It has happened with recent elections.

It is happening with investigations into people and institutions of our government.

It is happening even with "aliens" now (which I believe are demons).

It happens every day on the news.

So Father. We pray!

We pray that our spiritual eyes and ears would be opened and attune to the Spirit.

Help us to shine your light in this darkened world. Help us to encourage those without hope. Open our eyes to the hurting and lost around us.

Jesus shine through us! We want to be more like you Jesus. We want to do good everywhere that we go.

We pray for the lost. That they would be saved.

We pray for the persecuted church. That you would give them comfort and strength and hope.

We pray for Israel that she would come to know you. We pray for protection over your chosen people and the land of Israel. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

We pray for the children who are being assaulted on every side by this woke culture and the devil who seeks to kill and destroy.

Father, we ask for your protection over the children. Protect them physically and emotionally and mentally. We ask you to intervene and put a stop to this child and human trafficking.

We pray for parents that they would stand up for their rights and protect their children. Help them to discern the evil that is happening all around them in a world seemingly gone mad.

Help us, O Lord! Help us to maneuver through these perilous times and to keep our eyes on Jesus. He is the author and the finisher of our faith. He alone is our hope!

We long for the day when He comes to take us home!

In Jesus name. Amen.

Blessings!

Cheryl
