We thank you Jesus. For the gift of your life. For the sacrifice you made for mankind. Forgiving us of our sins. Giving us salvation and abundant life. Giving us joy and peace. Giving us a hope for the future because you are there. Giving us the hope of our Heavenly Home where you are The Light!
Thank you! For every footstep that you took upon the shores of Galilee.
Thank you! For every spoken word of truth to the disciples and the crowds.
Thank you! For every word of rebuke to the Scribes, Sadducees and Pharisees who burdened the people with traditions of men.
Thank you! That you have given us discernment to discern the times.
“Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing Him asked that He would show them a sign from heaven.
“He answered and said to them, “When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red’;
“and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.
“A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.” And He left them and departed.”
Matthew 16:1-4
O LORD! We don’t seek after signs but we do see the signs. We see the signs of the times. We see the signs of your coming.
O LORD! We don’t need great buildings and edifices. We don’t need programs and plans. We need you Jesus! We need your Word! We need your comfort! We need your peace! O How We Need You!
So Precious Jesus. We praise you during this Holy Week. Even though the religious of the day couldn’t recognize you as the king. We recognize you as LORD and KING. And we bless your name!
“Then those who went before and those who followed cried out, saying:
“Hosanna! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!’
“Blessed is the kingdom of our father David That comes in the name of the LORD! Hosanna in the highest!” Mark 11:9-10
We lift our joyful voices and repeat the words of praise!

Hosanna to the King!
