O Holy and Righteous LORD.
We stand firmly planted like David and we ENCOURAGE ourselves in the LORD! We strengthen our hearts and minds with Your Word. When we are distressed and perplexed, Holy Spirit will be our comfort and our guide. When the enemy comes in with a flood of discouragement, the LORD will raise up a holy standard of courage.
“Further, David was greatly distressed because the people spoke of stoning him, for all of them were embittered, each man for his sons and daughters. But David felt strengthened and encouraged in the Lord his God.” 1 Samuel 30:6
We encourage ourselves in your life giving, hope building and courage enabling Word!
When all around the earth is sinking sand.
Be encouraged!
When the enemy comes at us from all sides.
Be encouraged!
When we see suffering. When we see death.
Be encouraged!
When we see foolishness and lunacy abound. When lies and deception run amuck across the airwaves of America. When evil is rampant. When terror ramps up across the world. When it seems like the enemy is winning.
Be encouraged!
LIFT UP YOUR HEADS weary saints!
All is not lost! There is a HOPE!
There is hope in the name of Jesus!
There is life in the name of Jesus!
O Hallelujah!
We remind the enemy and his minions who have already lost the battle! Jesus rose from the dead. Friday was sad but Sunday was joyous! Jesus! He brings dead things back to life! He is bringing the earth to life. He is bringing the church to life. He is bringing you and me to life!
We proclaim! Jesus! He is the Word. From the beginning until the end the Word will stand. The Word will not return void. It is our lifeline. It our hope in troubled times. It is our guide through troubled waters. It will keep us. It will sustain us. It will cause us to stand strong and firm.
“But God’s truth stands firm like a foundation stone with this inscription: “The LORD knows those who are his,” and “All who belong to the LORD must turn away from evil.” 2 Timothy 2:19
We stand with the LORD. We turn away from the evil. We will not negotiate with evil. We will not bow to evil. We rebuke the evil. We RUN to the good! We RUN to our Great God who is mighty in power to the pulling down of these evil, demonic strongholds!
We declare to this present day evil! You have no power! You are weak. You are worn out. Your chains have no hold over the Kingdom of God! You chains have no hold over The Word. Jesus! He cannot be chained! We proclaim! “The Word of God cannot be chained!” 2 Timothy 2:10
We say! The enemy has no hold on us! We do not give an inch to his cunning ways. We remind this deceiving, conniving evil enemy of his demise. “Then the devil, who had deceived them, was thrown into the fiery lake of burning sulfur, joining the beast and the false prophet. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” Revelation 20:10
We say! All glory, power and honor to the Lamb who sits on the throne! He has made us to rule as kings and priests. We are part of that “kingdom without end.” One day soon, we will hear a shout. We will hear a trumpet blast and the LORD himself will call his faithful people home. We will see a new heaven and a new earth coming down.
“I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.
“He will WIPE EVERY TEAR from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”
“And the one sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!” And then he said to me, “Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true.”
“And he also said, “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega—the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life.
“All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children.” Revelation 21:3-7
O Hallelujah!
O What a Father!
O What a Beloved Son!
O What A Precious Holy Spirit!
O What A Sight To Behold!
O What A Glorious Time!
O What JOY Awaits Us!
O What A Day That Will Be!
So we stand encouraged in the LORD with our brothers and sisters all across the globe. We stand united. We lift each other up in prayer that we would stand strong in America. We pray that the church in Afghanistan would be protected and the LORD would be their rearguard. That he would be the pillar and the cloud. That he would blind the eyes of the enemy and protect his own in miraculous ways!
We pray that the Son of Righteousness would rise with healing in his wings over the earth. Be the healer of the Nations! Be the healer of our hearts and minds. And help us, O Holy Spirit - the one who is our comfort and our guide - to stand strong in the day of adversity.
