O Mighty God!
You are our hope and our confidence. We trust you and we trust what you say! You are the hope of the world!
“This is what the LORD says: “Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord.
“They are like stunted shrubs in the desert, with no hope for the future. They will live in the barren wilderness, in an uninhabited salty land.
“But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence.
“They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.
“The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is?
But I, the LORD, search all hearts and examine secret motives. I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve.”
Jeremiah 17:5-10
Thus says the Word of the LORD! We declare it over ourselves and over our Nation. Even though at times we do not have complete understanding. We still trust in you - Our God and Savior.
We trust you! We trust you! We trust you!
We cling to your Word. We trust your Word. It is truth! It is light! It is life! We declare! We will see your salvation in America. We will see you give the wicked what they deserve. Because whatsoever a man sows that will he reap!
Almighty God! We see and we sense your movement in the earth. O Yes! We see You literally and physically moving and shaking the earth. You are sending shockwaves to the earth. You are causing wonders in the earth, the seas and the skies. You are in control, O Mighty One! You will have your way, O Mighty One!
We await the day when the moaning of the earth will turn to singing. O Yes! The whole earth will sing! The mountains will bow down in reverence. The trees of the field will clap their hands. The seas will roar out a praise. The skies will crescendo in worship.
All the people of the earth will sing out: Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive blessing and honor and glory. O Yes! We will sing of your love and your goodness. We will sing of your unfailing mercy. We will sing of your faithfulness. We will sing out our praise!
We declare like the Psalmist!
“Shout joyful praises to God, all the earth! Sing about the GLORY of his name! Tell the world how glorious he is.
“Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! Your enemies cringe before your mighty power. Everything on earth will worship you; they will sing your praises, shouting your name in glorious songs.” Psalms 66:2-4
We shout out a praise! We lift our hands in praise! We send our roots down deep. We will not be hot and bothered. And we will not be shaken!
So be it! In Jesus name. Amen!
