Yahweh!
We cry out on this National Day of Prayer like Jehoshaphat when he stood before Judah as they were under siege by their enemies. We come together as the Tribe of Judah and seek the LORD’s wisdom and his help.
“Jehoshaphat stood before the community of Judah and Jerusalem in front of the courtyard at the Temple.
“HE PRAYED, “O Lord, God of our ancestors, you ALONE are the God who is in heaven. You are ruler of all the kingdoms of the earth. You are powerful and mighty; NO ONE CAN STAND AGAINST YOU!
“O our God, did you not drive out those who lived in this land when your people Israel arrived? And did you not give this land forever to the descendants of your friend Abraham? Your people settled here and built this Temple to honor your name.
“They said, ‘Whenever we are faced with ANY calamity such as war, plague, or famine, we can come to stand in your presence before this Temple where your name is honored. We can cry out to you to save us, and you will hear us and rescue us.’” 2 Chronicles 20:6-9
We declare the Word of the LORD still stands. It is truth. It is life. It is infallible. It is unchanging. O LORD! You did it before and you can do it again. Your Word still stands over America!
Thank you God for your rescuing power. Thank you that we can still stand before you in the United States of America and call upon your name. You will HEAR from heaven and remove our sins as far as the East is from the West. You will HEAR and answer our prayers for revival, restoration, salvation and deliverance. You have HEARD our prayers and even now are rescuing us from this demonic war with the kingdom of darkness that surrounds the earth.
We stand like Judah so long ago and decree to our enemies: THIS IS OUR LAND! We in ourselves are powerless against this vast, mighty army that attacks us. But we know a GOD UP IN HEAVEN. When we don’t know what to do, we bow before you and look to you for help. Our eyes remain upon you and our ears are attentive to your voice. YOU are the the God who hears. YOU are the God who rescues. You are the God that NONE CAN STAND AGAINST!
“This is what the LORD says! Do NOT be afraid! Do NOT be discouraged by this mighty army, for THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, but God’s.
“Tomorrow, march out against them. You will find them coming up through the ascent of Ziz at the end of the valley that opens into the wilderness of Jeruel.
“But you will not even need to fight. TAKE YOUR POSITIONS; then stand still and watch the LORD’S victory. He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do NOT be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the Lord is with you!” 2 Chronicles 20:15-17
O Hallelujah! The battle belongs to the LORD. The maker of the heavens and the earth. The ruler of the universe. Thank you LORD that the battle is yours! We have shown up for the battle and you have taken the lead. We go out with a song of deliverance! We go out with a shout of triumph and a shout of praise! O Hallelujah!
WE TAKE OUR POSITIONS OF PRAYER AND PRAISE! We pray for your mercy and we praise you for your goodness.
We stand firmly planted in Your Word. We believe in you! We believe in you! You’re the God of Mercy and the God of Miracles! We believe the prophets. We believe we will succeed in America! We believe the victory is ours for the taking!
We give thanks to the LORD. His faithful love endures forever. His grace and mercy are endless rivers of life. You are the God of our ancestors - Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. You are the God that split the sea and licked up the fire on the altar. You are the God that formed the world. You are God and God alone! You are worthy of our praise. We worship you in this moment and give praise to your holy and righteous name.
We take our positions of PRAYER AND PRAISE like Jehoshaphat and Judah. We stand firm. We stand strong. We will hold the line. We will see the salvation of the LORD in America and the Nations as he CAUSES the enemy TO TURN upon themselves!
We declare to the heavens above and the earth below. God is on the move! Nothing can stop him! He has LOOSED the wind of his spirit in the earth to TURN THE TIDES of this demonic onslaught into waves of revival. No one can stand against the FEROCIOUS TIDES of the LORD! No one can stand against the FORCE of the LORD!
We stand wide awake and wide eyed in faith at our wonder working GOD! We declare! The tide is turning! The tide is turning! The tide is turning ! He is turning it ALL around!
