Heavenly Father.
We cry out. Please listen, O Shepherd of Israel. You who lead Joseph’s descendants like a flock. Please listen, O God. The one enthroned above the cherubim. Display to us your radiant glory. Show us your mighty power in full display before our eyes.
We want to see you. We want to behold you. We want to feel your presence. We want you to surround us. We want you to come and rescue us. Oh! How we need you. Come! Come and scatter our enemies. Squash the plague. Secure our borders. Send healing across our land. Strengthen our President. Surround this election with your mighty eagle wings. Soar over America and protect her from without and within. Come! Come and do what only you can do.
Turn us again to yourself, O God. Make your face shine down upon us. Only then will we be saved. Selah.
O Lord God of Heaven’s Armies. How long will you smolder in anger? You have fed us sorrow and grief and made us drink our tears by the bowlful. Look down from heaven and see our plight. We want to see your wonderful face. We want to feel your loving arms. We cry out to you in our desperation. Come back! Come back! O God!
Come back and restore America. Restore our cities to order. Restore our courts to justice. Restore our morals and values. Restore our homes and families. Restore our health. Restore our schools. Restore our moral compass. It is so skewed. Restore the sanity of this Nation. You are the great great great restorer of all things. You can come and restore the breach that is tearing our nation apart. Come! Oh come! Restore us.
Turn us again to yourself, O God. Make your face shine down upon us. Only then will we be saved. Selah.
Come back! Come back and restore your Church. Give courage where fear has walked in the door. Give strength to the weak of heart. Send your anointing to break the chains of complacency and hypocrisy in the Church. Raise up prophets, preachers and evangelists who are not ashamed of the gospel of Christ!
We have been chopped up and burned up by our enemies. May they perish at the sight of your frown. Frown on our enemies. Strengthen your church. Pull us from the burning heaps of chaos and confusion. Return us to your Word. Renew our strength with your joy. Renew our hearts and our minds with your spirit of truth.
Revive us so we can call on your name once more. Revive us so we can reach a lost and dying world. Revive us for the sake of the nations of the earth. Revive us for the sake of Your glory. Come and fan the flames of revival once more. Revive the church. Restore America. Renew our strength.
