Here we are, O Faithful Father!
It’s Day 5 of our Psalms 64 Decree. We know you hear our prayers and declarations. We thank you that you listen to our cries for help - because You are our help!
“O God, listen to my complaint. Protect my life from my enemies’ threats. Hide me from the plots of this evil mob, from this gang of wrongdoers.
“They sharpen their tongues like swords and aim their bitter words like arrows. They shoot from ambush at the innocent, attacking suddenly and fearlessly.
“They encourage each other to do evil and plan how to set their traps in secret. “Who will ever notice?” they ask. As they plot their crimes, they say, “We have devised the perfect plan!” Yes, the human heart and mind are cunning.”
O Merciful LORD! We know that you hear our humble pleas. We know you hear the threats of our enemies. We know that you are greater than every foe. You are greater than every evil conspiracy against us. You are greater than the greatest plans of man. They are feeble in your sight.
We decree the Word of the LORD over our enemies. He is the Strong One who is mighty in battle to the tearing down of these demonic strongholds!
“But God himself will shoot them with his arrows, suddenly striking them down. Their own tongues will ruin them, and all who see them will shake their heads in scorn.
“Then everyone will be afraid; they will proclaim the mighty acts of God and realize all the amazing things he does. The godly will rejoice in the LORD and find shelter in him. And those who do what is right will praise him.” Psalms 64:1-10
O Hallelujah! We declare! The tables have turned and the enemy is running in fear while the godly rejoice in Christ Our Savior! He is our shield, our rock and our fortress. With him we can jump over the lying threats of the enemy.
We declare! The hidden traps of the enemy will unravel and come undone. The arrogance of these tyrants will be silenced. Their proud and haughty words will bring them ruin while the saints stand in unison and sing out loud that Our God Reigns!
Ho! These enemies to freedom! They have no hold on us! They have no say over us! They have no way to cross the blood line of Jesus. They have no way of escape, their destiny is decided and the enemy is already our defeated foe.
So we rejoice in the LORD! We set our eyes upon Jesus. He is the author and the finisher. He is our Soon Coming King. We will occupy and we will possess this land of America until He comes to take us away!
