His Glorious Light.

Glorious Father.

Thank you for your glorious light! When we turn to you and look upon your face. You remove the veil. Then things become clear in our hearts and minds. Thank you Jesus! Our hearts ache for those who cannot get past the veil. They are stuck in the misty world view.

Oh! Lord of Light. Remove the mist from the eyes of the church. We need to see clearly. The church needs to reflect your glory to those hidden in the mist. We cannot reflect you if we are tied up and tangled up with the world. God has given us a new way. We never give up! We reject all shameful deeds and underhanded methods. We don’t try to trick people. We don’t distort the Word of God. We cling to it! We need to hunt out the truth in the Word. Not on social media! God help us to immerse ourselves in the Word. Not in Facebook or the news. God help your church to come out from among the world and be separate! Selah.

Oh Glorious Lord. Shine your light on America. Make the church to shine bright. We can’t hide the Good News behind the veil. We’re just hiding it from the perishing. Satan has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They can’t see. They can’t understand. We are in the middle of a lost and dying world succumbing to a lost and dying generation. Help your church to shine your light. Not the light of man. God help us!

Oh! Merciful Father. Wake up the church to preach Jesus. We need to share Jesus instead of the latest conspiracy theory. We need to share the report of the Lord rather than the reports of men hidden in the dark. God help us! The church is being consumed by false doctrine and vain imaginations. I hear the cry of the Father’s heart over his children. Being blinded and seduced by the spirit of this age. Shine your light in us. Shine your light and consume the desires in our hearts to follow after anything but you and you alone.

Shine your light of divine revelation into this President. He has been chosen and anointed for this hour. But he is not God. He is a man as are we. You alone are the Alpha and Omega. You know the beginning from the end. Help our President to consider his ways. Consider his words. Consider his actions. Guide him by your Spirit. Do the same for our faithful Vice President. Bless him! Oh Lord! Caught between two worlds. He has been a stalwart of the faith. Unashamed of the gospel. Thank you for this godly Vice President.

Oh God. Be our strong, mighty and invincible God over our enemies. We are not arrogant and puffed up. We are not all that and a bag of chips. We are our on knees in spirit crying out for mercy over America. We are like fragile jars of clay. All of us. Even America has become like a fragile jar of clay. Our hearts break for her. For our communities and cities. For our neighbors. For our children. For the church.

Nevertheless! We may be pressed on every side by troubles but we are not crushed. The Lord will lift us high above our enemies! We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We have joy! The joy of the Lord is our strength. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. Lo! He is with us always even unto the ends of the earth. We may get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. We are more than conquerors through him who loves us. Yes! We are!

We believe in God. So we speak it. We believe in Jesus. So we preach him crucified. The Lord will raise us up. We will never give up. We don’t look at these troubles upon us. We fix our eyes on things that cannot be seen. We gaze upon his glory. These troubles will fade away. The earth will fade away. But in the very end of time. The Word of the Lord and the Glory of the Lord will stand forevermore!
