We will sing and shout to the Lord Most High! Let the Nations cry out and sing Joy to the World!
“Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!
“Sing out the honor of His name; Make His praise glorious.
“Say to God, “How awesome are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power Your enemies shall submit themselves to You.
“All the earth shall worship You And sing praises to You; They shall sing praises to Your name. Selah”
Psalms 66:1-4
Because of your holy promises, we can shout for joy even in the midst of the stormy weather. Even when the winds assail and the waves seek to rend our ships asunder. We shall not go under and we shall not be moved. We shall worship the King who is in control!
“Come and see the works of God; He is awesome in His doing toward the sons of men
“He turned the sea into dry land; They went through the river on foot. There we will rejoice in Him.
“He rules by His power forever; His eyes
observe the nations; Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah”
Psalms 66:5-7
Thank you Lord that you rule and your reign. You see it all. You see every wrongdoing. You see the Nations in peril. But you remain faithful and on your throne. You remain in control.
In the beginning, you created it all. In the end of days, you will bring your complete and final plans to pass. Nothing can stop you. Nothing can hinder.
There is no other God besides you and we worship your holy name. We sing out the honor of your name and make your praise glorious!
