All Things New

O Most Holy Lord!

How many times do you remind us that you are the creator of it all. You made it. You formed it. You breathed life into it. You blessed it and called it good! Selah.

“Thus says God, the Lord, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it:

“I am the Lord; I have called you in righteousness; I will take you by the hand and keep you; I will give you as a covenant for the people, a light for the nations,

“to open the eyes that are blind, to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon, from the prison those who sit in darkness.

“I am the Lord; that is my name; my glory I give to no other, nor my praise to carved idols.

“Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things I now declare; before they spring forth I tell you of them.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭42:5-9

We thank you for life and breath.

And we thank you for your spirit.

And we thank you that you make ALL THINGS NEW!

Thank you for holding our hand in these troubling times. Hold the hand of those falsely imprisoned. Hold the hand of those living in despair and have lost hope. Hold the hand of the weak and make them strong.

O Covenant Keeping God! You are the light in the darkness. You are protector and deliverer. You are our stronghold and salvation. You are our refuge. You will save us from our enemies and you are worthy to be praised.

O Lord! The One who is strong and mighty in battle! You are our buckler!

“As for God, his way is perfect; The word of the LORD is tried: He is a buckler to all them that trust in him.

“For who is God, save the LORD? And who is a rock, save our God?

“God is my strength and power: And he maketh my way perfect.”

‭‭2 Samuel‬ ‭22:31-33‬

O Hallelujah!

Thank you for giving us strength and power and for perfecting our ways. We bless your holy name and give you all the praise, honor and glory because you are worthy!

In Jesus name.

Amen.
